  • Welcome! I’m Pam, a dedicated and compassionate professional specializing in behavioral health. With 10 years of experience in the field, my mission is to help individuals achieve emotional well-being, overcome challenges, and live more fulfilling lives.

    I have a deep passion for working with people who are navigating mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression and life transitions. I believe that every person is capable of growth, healing, and transformation. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and evidence-based practices tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

  • I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I integrate these tools into our sessions to ensure that you receive the most effective, research-supported treatment possible.
